Postpartum Support

The Birth Supporters United team knows that bringing in a newborn baby can be a lot on top of every day tasks and activities. We know that sometimes you just need a break, a shower, or an extra pair of hands who can help with preparing meals or clean up.

That’s why we have decided to offer postpartum support to families who could really use a second set of hands. Interview with your doula to see which of our team members would be a good fit to work together with you and you family. Once you have found your perfect match, set up your schedule for support days and work out what tasks you need. This can range from sitting with baby while you sneak in a nap to washing bottles because you just don’t have the capacity to get them all ready to go.
